Upon entering the 300-square-meter sample room, he remarked that it was the largest and most luxurious display space he had ever seen. The extensive variety and exquisite design of the products surpassed the experience of viewing items at an exhibition. He noted that products viewed through electronic catalogs and online images differ significantly from those experienced in person. Additionally, he expressed curiosity about why Sunny Glassware had not participated in recent exhibitions. The primary reason is that, after more than two decades of development, Sunny Glassware has established a strong brand reputation within the industry and focuses on serving mid-to-high-end clientele. The company is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized customization services and has earned a solid reputation through its superior product offerings and customer service. Most clients are either referrals or come directly through word-of-mouth.
Following this visit, Sam was deeply impressed and decided to enhance the quality of his scented candles and packaging within the next six months. He recognized that building a premium brand requires partnering with high-quality suppliers. Although Sunny Glassware’s pricing is higher than that of other suppliers, its advantages in product quality, finishing techniques, and professional service are unmatched. Consequently, in July 2025, Sam placed his first order for 50,000 PCS candle jars.
