To celebrate our colleagues whose birthdays fell during the second quarter, the company recently organized a special employee birthday event under the theme:
“Together in Warmth, Grateful to Have You.”
Our Administrative and Logistics Department carefully prepared the celebration, including interactive games, winner prizes, birthday gifts, cakes, fruit, snacks, pizza and afternoon tea.
The event gave everyone an opportunity to step away from their daily responsibilities, communicate with colleagues from different departments and enjoy a warm and memorable afternoon together.

Colleagues scanned the QR code displayed on the screen and joined several entertaining challenges, including Speed Cycling, Cash Counting and a festive Drumbeat Challenge.
As more employees joined, participant avatars appeared on the large screen and the atmosphere quickly became lively and competitive.
Although the games were easy to access, they required concentration, quick reactions and good timing. Participants worked hard to achieve higher scores while their colleagues watched, cheered and shared plenty of laughter.
These mobile games were not only entertaining. They also gave colleagues from different teams a relaxed opportunity to interact outside their usual working routines.
After the "Card Matching" game was over, a series of mobile app interactive games followed.
The Administrative and Logistics Department prepared a set of oversized playing cards and placed them face down across the tables. Participants needed to remember the position of each card and find the correct matching pairs.
The rules were simple, but the competition quickly became exciting.
Every card turned over brought a new possibility. Successful matches were welcomed with applause, while near misses created lighthearted moments and encouraged the next participant to try again.
The game tested memory, observation and decision-making while encouraging friendly interaction among colleagues.
It also reflected qualities that are valuable in our daily work: attention to detail, patience, communication and active participation.
After several rounds of competition, the event moved into the winner award ceremony.
Employees who achieved excellent results in the mobile and tabletop games were invited to the front to receive their prizes.
The company prepared practical gifts, entertaining prizes, character-themed neck pillows and special “Game King” awards for the winners.
Colleagues applauded, took photos and celebrated each winner’s performance together.
The purpose of the activity was not simply to determine who achieved the highest score. It was also an opportunity to recognize enthusiasm, encourage participation and appreciate the positive energy everyone brought to the event.
Every prize represented recognition, while every round of applause made the celebration more meaningful.
Following the game awards, it was time to celebrate the employees whose birthdays took place from April to June.
Each birthday celebrant received a thoughtfully prepared gift set from the company and was invited to take a group photo.
The gifts represented more than a birthday wish. They were also an expression of appreciation for each employee’s contribution, commitment and continued growth with the team.
Everyone then joined together to sing the birthday song. The birthday stars made their wishes, blew out the candles and shared the birthday cakes with their colleagues.
The ceremony was simple, but the sincere wishes and cheerful atmosphere made every birthday celebrant feel valued and supported.
After the birthday ceremony, everyone enjoyed a relaxing afternoon tea.
The tables were filled with fresh fruit, snacks, desserts, pizza, birthday cakes and other refreshments prepared especially for the occasion.
Colleagues shared food, chatted, took photos and enjoyed time together away from project schedules and daily tasks.
The afternoon tea also created a natural opportunity for employees from different departments to get to know one another better.
Good communication does not only take place during meetings or within formal workflows. It also grows through relaxed and genuine moments like these.
