It was determined that the impurities and oil stains on the surface of the glass cup were not cleaned before the candle holder was electroplated, and the evaporation time of the electroplated aluminum wire was not well controlled, resulting in the aluminized layer. The thickness is uneven, resulting in a yellowish color. We decided to make new samples according to Sunny quality inspection standards, sent them to Sam for confirmation, and explained the reasons for the differences between the new samples and the original samples to ensure that they would not turn yellow. As for the example of quality control, this is no longer an isolated case. Now, Sunny Glassware have become a representative of quality assurance in the minds of customers. I remember that in 2014, I received an order for 160,000 pieces candle holders from an American customer. We gave the factory two complete molds, but because the factory didn’t have enough molds, they opened a few more according to our molds. When the production reached 80,000 pieces, our QC found that there was a slight difference between the candle holders made by the factory and the original ones. This situation may not be noticed by the customers, but we cannot bet on the company's reputation and future, so we decided to make the candle holders. All 80,000 pieces candle holders were destroyed in the factory, and half of the price for the factory products was paid. What I want to point out is that firstly, sunny glassware is a company that pays great attention to quality. Secondly, we do not sell our products to customers at low prices.
