Our message was clear and resolute: "The issue has been identified and resolved. Responsibility lies with us. We will honor our delivery commitment."

The client's initial surprise quickly transformed into deep appreciation. They had not anticipated that a minor issue, which they themselves might not have noticed, would be addressed with such seriousness and decisiveness. Particularly impressive was our willingness to bear the additional transportation costs, which exceeded their expectations. This incident allowed them to perceive not just a supplier, but a trustworthy partner committed to quality and integrity.

Although this incident incurred additional costs, Sunny Glassware gained something far more valuable—trust. It was precisely this trust, rooted in quality and integrity, that transformed Client A from an initial trial partner into a long-term, stable collaborator. Since then, orders from Company A have steadily increased, with each order amounting to over USD 300,000, which more than 60 times the value of the first order. Customer A is now willing to entrust us with larger contracts, as we have demonstrated our reliability through concrete actions.
